Short Biography

Dima Cheng was born on resource rich Ekhaya, merely two years before his planet got discovered and occupied by the Empire. Dima’s early childhood was spent between refugee camps before he ended up in the newly established Imperial boarding school. There Dima was conditioned to respect the Imperial power and trained for his future occupation at the metal refinement facility.

After meeting the love of his life, Dima have promised to himself that he will secure a better future for his family outside of Ekhaya. Pursuit of the First Class Citizenship have led Dima to join the Imperial Colonial Fleet. Still, risk to be sent to the frontlines was big, so Dima had to use almost all his savings on bribes in order to secure a relatively luxurious position of a pilot for the University of Capitol.

After years of easy work and simple interstellar flights, Dima was mostly annoyed when he got assigned to serve as the personal pilot under much younger and more privileged Courier Nadia. They never got along, but dedication and long years of service have helped Dima to hide his spite behind a seemingly impenetrable mask of professionalism. The dream about First Class Citizenship becoming closer for Dima with each cycle – it makes him committed to do whatever it takes to have a spotless record during his service to the Empire.
